Ivy Lynn Tippett
Ivy Lynn Tippett, of Roanoke Rapids, NC, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Timothy Earl Fleming; her paternal great-grandfather, Shelton Tippett; her aunt, Pamela Lynn Fleming; her paternal great-grandmother, Gloria Malone Ellis; her maternal great-great-grandmother, Minnie Haithcockand; and her cousin, Paula Lynn Cannon.
She is survived by her parents, Matthew Tippett and Sharon Fleming; sister, Leila Rose Tippett of the home; maternal grandmother, Renee Fleming of Dinwiddie, VA; her paternal grandmother, Tereasa Tippett Hawkins and her husband, Richard Hawkins, of Roanoke Rapids; her paternal great-grandmother, Barbara Tippett of Roanoke Rapids, NC; her paternal great-great-grandmother, Nellie Mae White of Gibson, NC; her maternal great-great-grandfather, Ronald Haithcock and his wife, Martha Haithcock, of Gasburg, NC.
Chapel services will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at Askew Funeral & Cremation Services of Roanoke Rapids, NC with Dr. Bane Angles officiating.
Interment will follow in Old Cedarwood Cemetery in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 7, 2019, from 6:00 until 7:30 p.m. at Askew Funeral & Cremation Services.
